Put your hand up if you think infoproducts take months, even years to develop?

Hold that thought!

Remember your parents or teachers telling you to "try harder", "spend more time at it", "work harder", "be dedicated".

You rarely heard them say "work smarter, not harder" or " focus on the low lying fruit first"

Fact is, there are many people working their butts off, but rarely does that impressive effort lead to success, achievement or happiness.

I'm not advocating taking short-cuts - that doesn't work either - just ask the bank robber who hasn't seen his kids for over a year.

Rather - use your noggin for what it was designed for - understanding the world around us, where we fit into it and what people need and want to live in society.

By choosing infoproduct topics that make use of your knowledge AND that appeal to high demand, you can quickly turn your dreams into solid financial returns.

Have you noticed the demand for information on pets? It's incredible. The term "fish" had over 170,000 hits last month, has numerous Pay-Per-Click campaigns and has a very good supply/demand ratio.

Same goes for "fish video" and "care of fish" keywords.

Travel books is another area where demand is very high. Even more interesting is the increasing demand for travel information from first-hand experience rather than canned travel propaganda.

Computer security and care of your computer are also very strong demand topics with strong emotional desire built in.

Sprinks PPC - Getting Your Site Listed Alongside the BIG Guys!

Pay-per-click services offer a new option - placing your ads alongside MAJOR content-based websites such as and and

In the past, pay-per-click services such as Overture, Findwhat, Kanoodle and even Google Adwords allowed you to bid on placement within search engines.

So - when someone searches for a keyword on Google, your ad comes up in the top few pages, depending on your bid amount and a few other factors.


Placing your site in front of searches for specific keywords can be very effective.

Another way to "be found" on the internet is to place your ad on highly relevant, high-traffic, content- oriented sites.

Thinking is, as people surf for information on business - for example, they could be exposed to your highly relevant site and be a perfect target for your products or services.

Typically such advertising space has been limited to large companies with big advertising budgets.

Not so any longer.

Content-based ads are coming on strong.

Sprinks was one of the first to offer such a service.

Here's how it works...

You setup an account and pre-pay an amount you intend to use for marketing - I started with $100, but you can enter any amount you want.

Setting up your keywords that will identify the content pages where your ad will appear is the most challenging part. the categories are not bad, but you will need to keep a close eye on your campaigns as you will find listsings are more than smaller PPC engines.

Next - you enter your headline and ad(s) that will appear on the content pages associated with your chosen keywords.

So far, I've found Sprinks to be less restrictive with their criteria for ads than Google or Overture have been, that may change as their service expands.

Finally - you submit your campaign for approval, which seems to take between 1-4 hours with my experience.


Of course, every campaign will be different, but here is what I have experienced so far.

1. Lots of traffic fast! I had several hundred hits in less than 24-hours. The number of hits were significantly higher than I received for similar keyword campaigns in Google or Overture.

2. My $100 was gone within 7-days - partly due to some fairly pricey bids and mostly due to fast clickthru activity.

3. After 7 days I had 8 sales for my $47 Ultimate Information Entrepreneur's Success Package on less than 350 hits. Conversion was a little lower than my average but ROI was good - $100 cost generated $370 in sales.

4. Sprinks support and sales group are very helpful and offer at many points to assist you with your campaign. Nice to see compared to the big guys - hope it stays that way.

5. Sprinks also offers keyword PPC (like Overture, Google) My experience with that was not good - very little traffic generated and no sales. Stick to Content Sprinks.

6. Finally, make sure you use tracking codes with your campaign so that you can tell how many hits you are getting AND more important - how many sales are generated from traffic coming from your Sprinks campaign.

Overall, Sprinks gets a "two-thumbs-up".
